Abbreviations In Baseball Stat Sheets

Below is a list of the abbreviations used on VidSwap's system Baseball Stat Sheets:

 

"ATHLETE BATTING" STATS:

- At Bats = Number of At-Bats

- H = Number of Hits by Athlete

- Exit = Average Hit Exit Speed

- 1B = Number of First Base Hits

- 2B = Number of Second Base Hits

- 3B = Number of Third Base Hits

- HR = Number of Home Runs Hit

- RBI = Number of RBIs

- BB = Number of Bases Walked by Athlete

- SO = Number of Strike Outs by Athlete

- NP = Number of Pitches Faced by Athlete

- AVG = Athlete's Batting Average

- OBP = Athlete's On-Base Percentage

- SLG = Athlete's Slugging Percentage

- OPS = Athlete's On-Base Plus Slugging Percentage

 

"ATHLETE PITCHING" STATS:

- ERA = Earned Run Average

- MPH = Average Pitch Speed

- R = Runs Given Up

- IP = Number of Innings Pitched by Athlete

- AB = Number of At-Bats Faced by Athlete

- NP = Number of Pitches Thrown by Athlete

- H = Hits vs. Athlete

- BB = Number of Walks vs. Athlete

- HR = Number of Home Runs vs. Athlete

- SO = Number of Strike Outs Thrown by Athlete

- AVG = Average Hit Ratio vs. Athlete (Hits vs. Athlete / At-Bats vs. Athlete)

"SCORE":

- Score = Runs Scored

 

"HITTING":

- AB = Number of At-Bats by Team

- R = Number of Runs

- H = Number of Hits

-1B = Number of First Base Hits

- 2B = Number of Second Base Hits

- 3B = Number of Third Base Hits

- HR = Number of Home Runs Hit
