If you're in an arena or stadium with a lot of electrical and/or radio interference, this may affect the LIVE PTP radios if they are not optimized for the right channels.
You will only need the main PTP radio, so plug that in and connect your computer to its wifi. It will show as a long string of letters and numbers that starts with N or I, depending on if you have a nanobeam or isostation radio.
Once connected, open your browser and goto: setup.ubnt.com
Login with the following...
user: ubnt
pass: vidswap
Be warned, ONLY adjust what is explained in this article, otherwise your system may not work.
First click on the "gears" on the left side.
Then...only change the CHANNEL WIDTH to 20 MHz, then click SAVE at the bottom of the page.
Allow the device 10-20 sec's to make the changes, then you're good to go.
