How To Use The Filter / Search Function In The Android App

For flow-based sports, such as soccer, volleyball, hockey, or lacrosse:

The full-screen video playback will be bordered on either side with your video player controls: from top to bottom, those functions include Play/Pause, skip back 5 Seconds / skip ahead 5 seconds, and the bottom arrow button, which switches the Control Bar Location.  Along the header above the video (from left to right), you'll see options for going back a step to your previous folder, the name of the game you're watching, a link for calculating stats for the game you're viewing, and an access to your Filters.

When you click into your Filters, you'll see all your search options laid out for you.  Simply pick and choose the filters you wish to apply (scrolling right and left through the list to access all the data choices), and tap on them.  A white check mark will appear by your choice(s), and the total number of clips that those filters apply to is displayed along the top header.  (Here, along the top header, you can also apply lead or lag time to your filter results, or clear the filters for a fresh start.)  For the example below, the filters are set to search for the corner kicks taken by Hamilton College:

Once you set your Filters, just go back to the game (press the 'back arrow' in the upper left hand corner of the screen), and those clips will play for you.  Notice that a new control button to skip forwards or backwards through the list of Filtered clips now appears:

To change or clear your Filters, just tap back in to your Filters page (using the 'FILTER' link in the top right hand corner of your screen), and select new filters or press the 'CLEAR' button.

For play-based sports, such as football, baseball, or softball:

When you click into the game on your Android device, you’ll be launched into the action in full-screen view. The video player controls are on either side of the screen, and include (from top to bottom) next/previous play, play/pause, skip back 5 Seconds / skip ahead 5 seconds, switch angle (if applicable), and the bottom arrow button, which switches the Control Bar Location. Along the header above the video (from left to right), there are options for going back a step to your previous folder, a display of the playlist title of the match you are watching, a link for calculating stats for the game you're viewing ('STATS'), an option to intercut the multi-angle videos (if applicable - 'INTERCUT', which will turn red when this feature is engaged), an option to view the current play in a loop ('LOOP', which will turn red when this feature is engaged), and a link to do a filter search of the match ('FILTER').  Beneath this header, the top of the screen bears an overlay of the data for that play.  You can use your finger to scroll left and right through this information. Below the video is a blue timeline bar, which can be interacted with to 'scrub through' a clip until you reach the point you want to watch.

To access your Filters and begin a search for game elements or events, simply click on the 'FILTER' button in the upper right corner of the screen.  When you do, you'll be taken to a list of everything that has been tagged or logged in the match.  Simply pick and choose the Filters you wish to apply (scrolling right and left through the list to access all the data choices), and tap on them.  A white check mark will appear by your choice(s), and the total number of clips that those Filters apply to is displayed along the top header.  (Also along the top header, you can 'CLEAR' the Filters for a fresh start.)  For the example below, the Filters are set to search for all of Spokane's third downs, where more than 5 yards are needed to reach the line of gain:

Once you set your Filters, tap back to the game (press the 'back arrow' in the upper left hand corner of the screen) and those clips will play for you.

To change or clear your Filters, tap back in to your Filters page (using the link at the top right hand corner of your screen) and choose new filters or press the 'CLEAR' button.
